    OK, expected an update at 3:40 CDT / 4:40 EDT. No such luck.

    Tim Miller's brother lives 5 minutes away and checked for the balloons in their last reported location, however they're not there.

    Expect the next update between 4:40-5:00 CDT depending on whether it had roamed into a "really no service" area or just a bad service area.

    Besides the "20 minute" penalty for no service, the next upcoming penalties are an additional 90 minutes when we get below 3.8 volts. So for now, we should see updates either every 60 or 80 minutes.
